Social Media Manager
10 Ten Gaming LLC
• Own the end-to-end social media strategy, from ideation to execution and optimization • Develop platform-specific strategies focused on growth, engagement, and brand loyalty • Create fresh, inventive, and on-brand content across all social platforms (organic) • Plan and execute creative social campaigns, promotions, and community activations • Actively engage with followers, players, and fans across all platforms • Build, maintain, and manage a Social Media content calendar • Define and track KPIs for social performance (growth, engagement, reach, CTR, etc.) • Stay on top of social media trends, platform updates, and best practices
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Social Media management experience within real-money online gaming, sweepstakes casinos, social casinos, or comparable high-engagement digital products
- 2+ years of management experience
- Strong understanding of the US player market, including customer behavior, motivations, promotional sensitivity, and lifecycle expectations
- Proven ability to build, grow, and engage online communities
- Strong content creation skills — copy, concepts, and campaign thinking
- Deep understanding of major platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, Reddit, etc.)
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking KPIs and optimizing performance
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, able to clearly articulate strategy, present insights, and collaborate effectively with key stakeholders
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable owning projects end-to-end
- Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, CRM, and Customer Support teams

• Develop Injective’s social media and content strategy in collaboration with our marketing team and coordinating with design, product, engineering, business and operations. • Perform user research and translate insights into positioning and messaging, user education initiatives, and creative assets. • Plan, execute, and iterate multi-channel marketing campaigns with an experimental and analytical approach, using data to continuously optimize performance. • Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging daily and weekly content across multiple platforms that educates users and amplifies Injective’s brand and ecosystem. • Partner with Injective’s community, external writers, content producers and community moderators to deliver high-quality content creation that will include, but is not limited to, blogs, email newsletters, and how to videos. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key crypto, tech, and finance influencers and identify new partnership opportunities to expand brand reach and influence within the web3 community. • Track, analyze and report on web traffic, social growth, engagement, and KOL campaigns. • Act as an ambassador and educator for the Injective community, managing community and community moderators. • Manage social media and KOL budgets.
