Job Description This operational role supports the Senior Manager in the execution and tactical governance of a portfolio of performance campaigns in the Americas across paid channels. This is a hands-on role ideal for a media professional ready to expand beyond tactical management into strategic impact - owning workstreams, partner relationships, and execution excellence. Responsibilities - Campaign Execution Oversight: - Manage and govern the activation process for the media Agency of Record, performing rigorous validation of platform-level targeting and setup to ensure strategic alignment - Work with the agency to identify campaign performance risks and opportunities for optimization - Translate execution signals into campaign optimization and improvements - Process Improvement: - Identify and drive improvements in campaign governance and activation workflows - Facilitate collaboration between internal teams and processes and agency execution - Budget Tracking & Reconciliation: Manage the detailed tracking of media spend, working closely with Finance and the agency to ensure accurate invoicing and budget pacing against the master activation plan - Quality Control: Validate campaign setup across all platforms to ensure correct audience segments, creative tags, and landing page URLs are live and functioning per the brief - Performance Reporting Support: - Assist the Senior Manager by consolidating and validating raw performance data from the agency before synthesis and strategic analysis - Ensure measurement and reporting consistency across campaigns and regions - Validate data inputs and insights supporting optimization and reporting - Cross-Functional Synchronization: Coordinate tactical handoffs with internal partners (e.g., ensuring creative assets are delivered on time, checking digital experience readiness) - In partnership with Ad Operations, monitor agency adherence to global standards and activation playbooks Qualifications - 4-6 years in paid media planning and execution (agency or client-side); B2B or Tech experience a plus - Demonstrated experience in the quality oversight and validation of complex campaign activations, ensuring high-fidelity execution against strategic standards - Experience in digital and offline channels with an emphasis on addressable media and ABM tools and platforms - Familiarity with campaign set up, ad operations, tracking, and analytics platforms - Proven ability to manage budgets, pacing and reconciliation - Expertise in validating data and performance reporting to glean insights - Strong organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple priorities For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $126,900 - $221,600, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Key Responsibilities Campaign Tracking - Maintain campaign status tracker of live, launching, and ending campaigns - Perform rigorous validation of regional budget pacing and spend integrity, identifying anomalies and ensuring strict adherence to the activation plan - Maintain audit trail with proof of media posting via screenshot archives - Track agency deliverable timelines (media plans, reports, invoices) and send reminders when deadlines approach Quality Checks - Partner with internal Ad Operations teams to spot-check agency's live campaigns to verify execution accuracy - Direct QA and setup validation protocols to ensure agency activation precisely reflects strategic targeting and measurement requirements from briefs and approved media plans. - Flag issues to Manager for agency follow-up Budget Support - Log invoices and update budget trackers as spending occurs - Assist Manager with monthly budget reconciliation: compare what agency invoiced vs. what platforms show - Maintain organized files of invoices, and budget documentation Agency Coordination - Be the first point of contact for routine agency questions and requests - Schedule regular check-ins between Manager and agency and manage action item logs to completion - Collect weekly/monthly performance data from agency in support of campaign performance reviews.
