Tommy Car Wash Systems
• Travel nationwide to perform specialized, paid service work on-site at client locations • Professionally document all services performed, ensuring accurate and thorough records • Collaborate with cross-departmental leaders to identify common issues and develop efficient solutions • Address high escalation issues, coordinating directly with managers and owners to ensure timely and effective resolution • Maintain high level of customer satisfaction through quality service and professional communication • Develop and lead training for service and support department. • Assist in equipment support responsibilities as needed.
Job Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- 1 year of wash experience and/or car wash equipment troubleshooting
- 2+ years of Professional experience
- Technical savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office; experience within database systems a plus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Process-oriented and strong collaborator with ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and across various departments
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to multitask and prioritize workload

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience through great communication, solid problem-solving ability, and a positive attitude. This position reports to the Sr. Field Service Manager of the Southwest field service team and will be a fully remote role located in St. Louis, MO and supporting our customers in the greater Midwest and Central US states. • Provide expert hands-on technical expertise in all aspects of installation, commissioning, basic customer training, maintenance, fault-finding and customer support for the Bruker AXS product line including X-ray diffraction, X-ray fluorescence, and single crystal X-ray diffraction. • Be an efficient and effective member of the Customer Service team in delivering highly competent, effective and focussed engineering and technical support to the customer base to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and to further the professional image of the Company. • Familiarisation with specific instrumentation prior to installation from issued documentation and/or participation in the final testing process in the factory. • Liaise with customers and colleagues in the site planning process prior to installation. • Inspect, install, set up, test and achieve specifications of systems and accessories at customers’ sites, and deliver basic operator training. • Carry out breakdown and planned maintenance at customers’ sites. • Provide technical support and assistance to customers and to colleagues, either directly or by remote diagnosis. • Carry out procedures necessary to validate systems to certifiable standards. • Provide technical input to the sales team on non-routine sales cases. • Accurate record keeping and timely submission of documentation is a pre-requisite.

Aurora Water is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the drinking water, sanitary sewer and storm drainage systems, treatment of drinking water and non-potable reclaimed wastewater for irrigation, billing and collection, public outreach and water conservation, acquisition and development of future water rights, major capital projects programs, and quality control for regulatory compliance and public health. PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Use mobile tablet to receive, document and close out excavation notices, both during normal hours and after hours. - Read and interpret utility maps/prints to identify the type and size of underground utilities. - Effectively communicate with excavators, utility reps, and company personnel, regarding underground facilities. - Operate different electronic detection equipment to locate and mark underground facilities within prescribed accuracy limits. - Provide accurate documentation and/or sketches related to all locates completed. - Receive and respond to excavation notices during normal and after hours in accordance with established time requirements. - Operate company vehicle in a safe manner and maintain professional appearance. - Perform work in all weather conditions, during normal and after hours. - Employee responsible for city owned vehicle/equipment during and after normal work hours. - Performs other related duties as assigned.
