Job Requirements

About the Role Reporting to the Director of Individual Giving, the Digital Fundraising & Annual Giving Manager leads Climate Central’s strategy for small-dollar fundraising and digital donor engagement. This role manages the organization’s annual fund portfolio (donors under $5,000) while developing and executing digital campaigns designed to expand and sustain Climate Central’s donor community. This position will play a central role in expanding Climate Central’s small-dollar donor base and building a scalable digital fundraising program. The Manager will design and execute multi-channel fundraising campaigns, strengthen donor retention and acquisition, and develop innovative approaches to engage supporters online.
