Partner Account Manager
Spark
• Advocate for Spark’s mission and vision, driving usage of Spark’s platform and services to minimize churn and create lasting partnerships. • Build and maintain relationships with Partners’ leadership and operations teams to ensure the growth of their businesses. • Lead all phases of the Partner life cycle including onboarding, adoption of Spark’s platform, and expansion. • Implement effective onboarding strategies and processes, accounting for unique agency dynamics, to ensure Partners incorporate Spark best practices into their operations. • Address and resolve commercial or product issues or concerns. • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify areas for improvement and ways to enhance partner satisfaction and retention. • Provide Voice of Customer insights to marketing, sales and product teams. • Negotiate adjustments to partnership agreements, adhering to Spark frameworks and guidelines. • Adapt to internal workflow and process changes, and support external communication to Partners.
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Partner Account Management, or Partner Success.
- 2+ years of project management or onboarding/implementation experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to grow multiple Partner accounts while maintaining strict attention to detail.
- Excellent analysis and negotiation abilities
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
