Role Description Working within the Client Service team, the Client Service Representative will undertake the day to day client account management requirements whilst delivering excellent customer service. The Client Service Representative will support the activities (day to day and development) of all junior individuals working within their designated client account. - Support the Client Service team with any and all support for the designated customer account to ensure Trident meets the necessary KPI/RTP. - Using the appropriate communication channels, clarify client requirements while managing client expectations with respect to timelines. - Reference applicable Trident generic and customer specific standard working practices (SWP) to effectively process all the necessary pre-artwork build activities utilizing Trident/client artwork management tools. - Produce/update tracking documents, notifying the account lead should deliverables timing become a concern. - Schedule production resources where directed. - Release completed products in line with the agreed timelines. - Preparation of quotes and invoices for client billing. - Coach, mentor and support the development of junior staff within the designated client account, in accordance with client account requirements and applicable SWP. - Identify and constructively raise issues with relevant team members, promoting best practice. - Support the Management team through the investigation of process improvements, making recommendations for process improvements. - Support the introduction of technology changes through system testing, communicating issues/potential issues. Qualifications - Relevant experience in print and/or packaging knowledge. - 2-3 years of experience in servicing client accounts. - Possess project management skills in managing accounts end to end. - Due to geographical requirements, Chinese language capability is required in this role. - Excellent written and spoken English.

This position is responsible for all development and technical service activities at assigned accounts/markets. The packaging technology team is constantly iterating, solving problems, and working together to develop packaging solutions that are cost-effective, product-safety complaint, more sustainable, and satisfy customers’ needs. Compensation: The annual base salary range for this role is from $94,275 to $113,130 An annual bonus is awarded to eligible employees upon attaining various business and individual goals as defined by the Company and the department leader. This annual bonus is discretionary, and the Company has sole discretion to determine the amount of the award. What you’ll be doing: - Strategically drive multimillion-dollar net profitable growth annually in the custom small-format thermoforming sector. - Implement robust multi-channel prospecting strategies with a disciplined follow-up cadence. - Onboard new clients seamlessly, fostering enduring relationships for sustained retention and growth. - Effectively prioritize tasks to optimize both impact and productivity. - Diligently document prospecting activities, focusing on leading indicators for proactive management. - Vigilantly monitor and report on customer and prospect activities, including leadership shifts, expansions, closures, and other critical business developments. - Maintain comprehensive prospect files, including market share, quality and price benchmarks, specifications, key contacts, competitors, and more. - Craft and execute action-driven account plans for top prospects. - Cultivate and maintain multilevel contacts within all major current and potential accounts, extending network reach. - Provide sales forecasts for products and customer segments to aid in the creation of sales budgets. - Offer strategic insights to the marketing team to inform the development of strategic plans. - Demonstrate proficiency with various technologies, including remote meeting platforms, Microsoft Office, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), LinkedIn, Mintel, and Vidyard. - Support division marketing efforts through participation in trade shows, conventions, and association meetings as needed. - Contribute to the training and development of division sales and marketing staff. - Ensure timely submission of expense reports, call reports, itineraries, and other required documentation. - Safeguard company assets and confidential information, adhering to all legal and contractual obligations. - Abide by all company policies and regulations. The location for this position REMOTE and East of Missouri within major Metropolitan area. We’d love to hear from you if: - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. - Minimum of 8 years' experience in the packaging industry, with a deep understanding of market dynamics. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is essential. - Frequent travel required. Compensation: The annual base salary range for this role is from $119,280 to $134,190, plus an annual target bonus. An annual bonus is awarded to eligible employees upon attaining various business and individual goals as defined by the Company and the department leader. This annual bonus is discretionary, and the Company has sole discretion to determine the amount of the award.
