Title: Consolidation Scheduler Location: Woodridge United States Job Description: Job Purpose: We are seeking a Consolidation Planner to join a high-performing, business-critical team in RJW's Logistics department. This role is responsible for the successful planning of our customers' orders to meet and exceed both customer and major retailer standards. Our Retail Consolidation team sits at the center of all planning and decision-making at the order and load level. Our team utilizes technology every day to enable the best possible service outcomes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Consolidation Schedulers are responsible for setting appointments for our most critical, complex shipments. This role has ownership over balancing outbound volume from RJW cross docks, schedules inbound shipments from our full-size warehouses to our cross docks and appoints complex final mile LTL. Consolidation Schedulers will collaborate closely with RJW Account Managers, IT teams, Warehouse teams, and Carrier teams. Professional communication always is a must.
