If You’ve Got It - We Want It - 4+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, and/or Data Enablement. - Proficiency in SQL and modern BI tools with semantic layer (e.g., Omni, Looker) - Comfort experimenting with AI to automate routine tasks and familiarity with optimizing AI performance through metadata - Strong track record of partnering with technical and business teams to translate needs, documenting shared definitions, enforcing data standards, and collaborating effectively to achieve goals - Excels in collaborative environments, engaging effectively with peers and stakeholders to achieve goals and actively participate in meetings. - Strong communication and organizational abilities, capable of leading strategic projects with minimal guidance and managing priorities effectively. - Possesses a proactive and high degree of ownership, astutely identifying opportunities for improvement, driving new processes, and rallying the team to solutionize problems together.
