Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Organizational Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Extensive experience in Talent Management, Executive Development, or senior HR leadership roles within large, complex, matrixed organizations
- Demonstrated talent management experience in an operating HR leadership role for P&L or business unit
- Demonstrated experience making strategic HR decisions, assessing leadership talent and effectively interfacing with high-level business and operations leaders
- Strong enterprise strategic thinking, program governance, and change leadership capabilities
- Ability to operate with autonomy and sound judgment in a highly visible, ambiguous, and fast-paced environment
- Strong project management skills including creation of project plans, milestone tracking, risk mitigation
