About the Role: The next step in evolving our shopper journey will be hiring a Program Manager, Data Sales. In this role, you'll manage data and programmatic partnerships with agencies, driving consultative solutions and sales growth. This is a full-time role that can be held remotely in the New York and Chicago areas. This role requires on-site visits to clients in these markets. Role Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact between partners and the Fetch team, facilitating the creation of high-impact solutions. - Contribute to and develop comprehensive partnership plans that outline key goals, challenges, and future roadmaps with clients. - Manage the delivery of partnership performance, reviewing data to manage timelines, progress, and relevant KPIs. - Contribute to revenue growth for Fetch by identifying and implementing initiatives that benefit both Fetch and its partners. - Support negotiations for complex commercial agreements and renewals, with oversight. - Provide clients with regular access to data and reporting to optimize Fetch’s share of partner budget and help increase partner spending in a valuable way. - Support negotiations of complex commercial agreements and renewals. - Educate partner stakeholders and keep them up to date on the Fetch product suite. - Liaise with the partner and internal stakeholders, relaying partner feedback back to the team for process improvements. - Maintain a thorough, up-to-date familiarity and understanding with Fetch’s products and strategies that impact partner relationships; this includes all bespoke offerings reflective of the partner’s desires in the channels you are responsible for managing. - Maintain cross-functional collaboration/program management capabilities and communications within and outside of Sales, including marketing, tech, product, and design.  Preferred Requirements: - A successful track record of managing partner relationships and driving revenue growth. - Experience with advanced Excel. Managing and synthesizing large data sets managing advanced functions such as filters, formulas, pivot tables, etc. - Knowledge of consumer insights and marketing terminology. - Experience with Salesforce functions and dashboards - Comfortable with autonomy, resourcefulness, and flexibility in a fast-paced environment. Minimum Requirements: - 2+ years of sales-driven, partnership management experience. - Prior work experience involving B2B sales account management within Ad Sales, Tech, Digital Media, or other relevant industries. - Experience consolidating complex data into data-informed stories for partners and colleagues - Utilize tools such as PowerPoint and Google Slides. - Proficient negotiation skills and agility in objection handling, rejection, and managing ambiguity. - Exceptional written email communication skills to manage and operationalize large-scale projects across multiple teams and stakeholders. - Able to travel when necessary for sales meetings, client presentations, etc. Compensation: - At Fetch, we offer competitive compensation packages to the exceptional folks we hire. The base salary range for this position is $97,604-$114,828. We also offer all employees equity in Fetch, so that everyone can benefit from Fetch’s growth.

Position Description ICF is seeking an experienced Senior Energy Transmission Regulatory Specialist to provide leadership within our ICF's Environment & Planning Division. The position will provide program and project management in support of environmental assessment, permitting and construction of power transmission systems in California and other western regional states. Clients will include utilities and independent and renewable energy providers seeking authorization under state, federal, and local regulatory entities. The primary duties of this position is to lead client relationships, grow ICF’s Energy Practice, manage environmental compliance processes (including California Environmental Quality Act [CEQA] and National Environmental Policy Act [NEPA]) and serve as a primary point of contact with private sector clients such as California-based utilities, renewable energy developers, commercial/residential/industrial developers, and engineering companies. Project management experience on larger project/program environmental impact analyses for planning and development, renewable energy, transportation/transit, and infrastructure projects with the support of multidisciplinary teams tasked with conducting research, preparing technical documents/deliverables, maintaining a robust understanding of CEQA and NEPA, and interfacing with external clients is required. This role is fully remote and supports clients throughout California. A primary base within Sacramento County or the Bay Area is preferred. What You Will Do - Serve as a principal project manager or task manager as appropriate for environmental compliance of development projects, infrastructure projects, and land use plans, overseeing the preparation of documents, reports, presentations, technical memoranda, public notices, forms, and other work products. - Manage a portfolio of clients with multiple projects. - Maintain a thorough understanding of CEQA and NEPA, including staying up to date on case law and providing support on complex projects in order to accurately advise clients. - Manage and author deliverables, including conducting research; write proficiently; and manage multiple project schedules with competing deadlines and budget constraints. - Interface directly with key clients and help build and maintain great relationships. - Lead business development and contribute in a meaningful way to bookings. - Mentor less experienced staff. - Strictly adhere to professional standards, including but not limited to: demonstrating consistency and reliability, timeliness in meeting project deadlines, maintaining clear and concise communication, and working responsibly on a team or independently. Preferred Skills/Experience - Bachelor’s degree or higher in urban planning, transportation/transit planning, environmental studies, or related field. - Experience preparing and managing high-quality CEQA and NEPA documents for federal, state and local government agencies; and/or experience preparing and managing high quality CEQA documents for utilities and private sector clients and engineering firms. - Experience obtaining environmental permits, reviewing technical studies such as those addressing biological resources, cultural resources, air quality, noise, traffic, visual resources, and hydrology. - Several years of project management experience working within a private consulting firm. - Business development experience and willingness to engage in business development. - Serving in a leadership role either as a supervisor or task manager leading and mentoring moderate to large-size teams of staff and subconsultants.
