The Oncology & Multispecialty (O&M) Integrations team plays a critical role in ensuring the successful integration and separation of businesses across McKesson’s portfolio. As a M&A Integration Program Coordinator, you will support operational efficiency, structure, and day‑to‑day execution across complex M&A integration activities. Working closely with the VP of Integrations (O&M) and two Sr. Analysts, you will help ensure the team stays organized, aligned, and on track through disciplined coordination, documentation, and follow‑through. Key Responsibilities Program Coordination & Execution - Provide day‑to‑day coordination and administrative support for integration and separation activities across O&M transactions. - Maintain, update, and track integration project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and milestones using established tools and templates. - Serve as a central coordination point for documentation, scheduling, communications, and follow‑up across workstreams. Documentation, Reporting & Governance - Support the preparation and maintenance of IMO/SMO materials, dashboards, and status updates. - Organize, version‑control, and maintain the O&M Integration Playbook, templates, and standardized documentation. - Assist with preparation of status reports, executive summaries, presentations, and KPI tracking materials for review by senior team members. Cross-Functional Support - Collect, validate, and compile data from cross‑functional teams to support synergy tracking and operational reporting. - Track action items, follow up on deadlines, and escalate risks or delays appropriately. - Coordinate communications and meeting logistics across workstreams and stakeholder groups. Continuous Improvement & Innovation - Capture lessons learned, identify best practices, and support integration leadership in refining processes and documentation. - Participate in exploring workflow improvements, including the use of AI and automation tools to increase efficiency. Minimum Requirement - Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience. Education - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Critical Skills - Typically requires 4+ years of experience in program coordination, operations, project support, or similar roles in complex, cross‑functional environments. - Experience supporting cross‑functional initiatives, operations, or project coordination. - Healthcare experience strongly preferred; familiarity with clinical operations, pharma value chain, or oncology is a plus. - Exposure to M&A activities, integrations, or separations preferred. - Experience using project management tools, dashboards, or structured documentation processes - Experience with AI or automation tools in a coordination or administrative capacity Specialized Knowledge & Skills - Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. - Ability to follow established processes, governance structures, and templates. - Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑moving environment. - Comfortable coordinating across teams in a matrixed organization. - Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and raise issues early. - Structured, analytical approach to compiling information and tracking progress. - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Smartsheet, SharePoint, or similar tools. Purpose of the Role This Obama Leadership Network Global Programs Associate is a skilled relationship-builder and highly organized project and operations manager, with knowledge of and a passion for online community management and leadership development programs. This Associate will have a particular focus on designing and implementing activities to support leaders to connect and collaborate through an online community platform and engaging virtual events programming, while supporting Network relationship-building, communications, and activities in the network more broadly. Core Job Responsibilities Online Community Engagement & Virtual Events - Manage alumni online community engagement for a private social network platform (Hivebrite), including onboarding, troubleshooting, and posting regular content to stimulate regular member engagement. - Manage program strategy and operations for all virtual program events, including session design, scheduling, technology set-up and support, and liaising with external speakers. - Ensure Network members have structured engagement approaches—including tools and incentives—to find and connect with each other and engage with the Obama Foundation team. - Maintain an overall sense of who is in the Network to support ongoing evaluation and sourcing requests for alumni opportunities. In-Person Events & Global Convenings - Play a lead role in the execution of periodic in-person events that convene global Network leaders to foster relationships and collaborative projects. - Manage program operations related to travel, communications, scheduling, technology, and coordination with external speakers and facilitators. - Contribute to event/program design and on-site program facilitation while serving as a liaison to program participants, especially in support of alumni engagement at the new Obama Presidential Center.
