• Lead post‑installation customer success programs to ensure readiness, adoption, and sustained utilization of Medtronic technologies • Develop and execute tailored therapy development plans for key accounts, including KOL engagement and clinical capability building • Coordinate Pan‑Medtronic collaboration across open, MIS, and robotics portfolios to deliver a unified customer experience • Monitor utilization performance across the installed base and implement targeted interventions to improve therapy adoption • Support upgrade pathways and service offerings that enhance customer value and accelerate return on investment • Ensure consistent delivery of training, education, and support programs that strengthen customer skills and clinical outcomes • Use insights and data to identify barriers to utilization and drive continuous improvement initiatives

• Drive the successful adoption, operational excellence, and utilization growth of the HUGO™ Robotic-Assisted Surgery (RAS) platform across assigned accounts • Monitor and promote robotic case volume and case mix • Monitor and analyze trends, proactively drive expansion opportunities and address downward trends • Lead annual expectation-setting and regular program review meetings with hospital leadership and surgical departments • Track and report performance against KPIs, leveraging NPS feedback to enhance user experience • Integrate the HUGO RAS program into broader surgical account plans and commercial objectives • Collaborate with commercial teams to support capital planning, Software & Hardware upgrades, contract renewals, and digital solution deployment • Act as the primary escalation point for operational, clinical, or commercial issues, coordinating resolution across teams • Own program quality management, ensuring all issues are documented and addressed in the Medtronic Quality System • Maintain regular touchpoints with HUGO RAS users; attend procedures and collect structured feedback • Support user retention, drive increased user utilization, proactively when trending is not positive, and convert new surgeon candidates by demonstrating workflow benefits • Facilitate participation in HUGO user groups, masterclasses, and skill development opportunities • Ensure readiness for all scheduled robotic cases, including staffing, system, and instrument availability • Oversee field inventory management, anticipate needs, and resolve discrepancies for uninterrupted execution • Download, archive, and analyze tower log data to support program optimization • Lead additional cohort onboarding and skill development for future users and staff via structured pathways • Coordinate simulation training, dry-lab activities, live case mentorship, and proctorship management

• Lead the launch, configuration, and ongoing optimization of Rocketlane. • Ensure Rocketlane and other Implementation systems (Salesforce, Gainsight, other tooling) are configured effectively. • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for workflow improvements. • Map and analyze onboarding and activation workflows to identify operational friction points. • Partner with Implementation and Customer Success leadership to establish activation accountability frameworks. • Standardize onboarding playbooks, project templates, and implementation workflows.

The Program Manager, Explorer Contract Operations will serve as the Subject Matter Expert and cross- functional leader for the end-to-end lifecycle management across the Explorer Program. This role will manage all contract operations within the contract lifecycle for the entire Explorer Market portfolio across all contract types. This leadership position will enable the team to achieve OKR performance goals by resolving operational bottlenecks and enabling the Practice Transformation Specialist to focus on revenue-driving Performance Excellence work. Primary Duties: - Contract Operations Management: - Own end-to-end contract lifecycle for extensive contract portfolio including, but not limited to, ACO REACH, PC Flex, MSSP, MA, Commercial and CCF agreements - Navigate complex contract terms and provide expert guidance on eligibility issues - Attend and represent the Explorer market at any relevant meetings such as contracting or cross-sell launches - Practice Partnership & Contract Success: - Partner directly with practices to ensure successful contract onboarding and ongoing compliance - Serve as primary point of contact for practice level contracting questions and resolution - Collaborate with practices to identify and resolve barriers to contract performance and participation - Support cross-sell opportunities and practice expansion initiatives across contract portfolio - Cross-Functional Leadership: - Act as the SME of the Explorer market with all relevant groups such as Payer Networks, SPP, Withdrawal, Legal, and Growth teams - Lead collaborations efforts to establish predictability to enable scalability - Process Innovation & Automation: - Proactively identify ways to contribute to the company’s future through strategic partnerships - Lead practice service model innovation with focus on standardization and automation - Team Leadership & Development: - Provide direction to PTS team members on how to navigate project roadblocks - Partner with Program specialist in day-to-day activities related to contracting/rostering - Guide PTS team through complex contract eligibility issues Minimum Qualifications: - Graduate of an accredited college or university in healthcare, health technology or information systems-related programs. - Significant and relevant work experience in lieu of educational requirements may be accepted. - 6+ years of experience with relevant experience - Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams - Expertise in contract management and healthcare operations - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Preferred Qualifications: - 2-3 years of management experience or mentorship - Project management certification or demonstrated competency - Experience with ACO models and value-based care contracts - Healthcare practice management experience - Data analysis and process improvement skills Physical Requirements: - Sitting for prolonged periods of time. - Extensive use of computers and keyboard. - Occasional walking and lifting may be required. - Ability to travel 10-15% (team and company retreats) Who We Are: Aledade, a public benefit corporation, exists to empower the most transformational part of our health care landscape - independent primary care.
