The branch program responsibilities include municipal planning, engineering and water infrastructure funding. The Grants Administrator we are seeking will work in the Infrastructure Oversight Section in Franklin County. Holders of this Grants Administrator position will complete tasks such as: - Educate participants, stakeholders, and support marketing to prospective participants to communicate the requirements of the SRF program through training and outreach. - Coordinate with KIA to assist borrowers in application to the SRF and to ensure that program requirements are met. These include procurement, Davis Bacon wage rates, American Iron and Steel (AIS), Build America, Buy American (BABA). Assist borrowers with project documentation required under the loan program which is subject to audit by the USEPA. - Serve as the Division of Water project manager, ensuring projects are progressing to completion and implementation, which is important to efficient use of loan funds. - Participate in on-site project meetings to observe construction progress, and coordinate with the engineering section to ensure technical aspects of construction are completed appropriately - Ensure projects are consistent with long term community planning and environmental sensitivity, supporting functions in the municipal planning section of the branch.
