This role will act as a key commercial business partner to Operations management, supporting multiple onshore wind projects across a geographical hub typically 15-30 sites/windfarms. You will own full commercial accountability for your hub, working closely with internal stakeholders and customers to drive performance, profitability, and compliance. Key Responsibilities - Full Profit and loss and balance sheet ownership for assigned projects/hub - Monthly cost control, forecasting, and budget management with a focus on accuracy. - Identify, manage, and report commercial risks and opportunities - Maintain and report risk registers and non‑conformance costs. - Monitor and analyse KPIs Availability, Corrective and service hours, Project spend and gross margins, Billings, receivables, and overdue management. - Act as a trusted commercial partner to Operations, attending regular face‑to‑face meetings where required - Prepare and present monthly performance reports to senior management - Resolve day‑to‑day commercial issues with a focus on profitability and customer satisfaction - Support tender and sales phases, including contract drafting and T&Cs - Ensure robust business modelling, forecasting (ETCs), and reporting controls.
