We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Reservations & Scheduling Coordinator to support clients by managing bookings, coordinating schedules, and ensuring all reservation details are accurate and confirmed. This fully remote position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, clear communication, and providing reliable support throughout the scheduling and booking process. In this role, you will communicate with clients to gather necessary information, coordinate reservations, and help ensure that all scheduling timelines run smoothly. You will review booking details carefully, track updates or changes, and maintain organized records using internal systems and digital tools. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests will help create a seamless and well-organized experience for clients. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently while maintaining strong communication and follow-through.
