Role Description As a Video Orders Associate (Corporate), you will exceed client expectations by proactively managing their video requests on litigation matters. Our clients count on us to make the legal process seamless and efficient from scheduling court reporters and legal videographers to ensuring transcripts are delivered on time and flawlessly accurate. - Understand Company targets and strive to meet and exceed. - Understand Veritext products and services, their value and commensurate fees. - Resolve issues and/or escalate as needed to ensure prompt and accurate resolution; coordinate/partner with applicable departments and/or colleagues (i.e. Billing, Account Executive / Sales Dept., Client Services, Cash Apps.) to ensure prompt and accurate resolution. - Recommend and implement improvements in process and procedures. - Participate in and absorb all trainings including Grovo, Summer Camp, in-person development sessions, etc. - Fully understand and utilize Vision functions as it relates to your position. - Support all Veritext Intra-Company jobs, consistent with all client/regional jobs. - Track in media from the Cloud/email; set up and process Orders accurately and timely. - Follow up with videographers for missing media and paperwork. - Understand the different Veritext video formats and can articulate this information to others. - Set up basic and complex videoconferences. - Establish and manage cases in Vision; be proactive in their approach. - Process all jobs accurately and in accordance with Standing Orders, notes and client specifications; relay these requirements to subcontractors. - Ensure that Vision standing orders, notes, etc. are clear, detailed and actionable. - Respond to complicated video requests. - Effectively and clearly communicate the differences between videoconferencing and Veritext Virtual. - Align correct product/services including features and benefits to clients' needs. - Ensure that all video advanced services are billed accurately. - Work collaboratively with Veritext colleagues, exhibiting Veritext Values. - Ensure that all client (internal and external) communications are handled in a professional, timely and courteous manner. - Communicate necessary information timely, accurately and effectively; report incidents to management. - Welcome new projects and ideas; continuously work to enhance job knowledge while bringing value to role. - Take ownership of your work; follow-thru until final resolution. Qualifications - 1+ years of related experience. - Proficiency in Computers and MS Office required. - Proficiency in relevant software packages and applications. - Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills. - Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills. - Dedicated professional with the ability to respond to requests promptly and accurately and meet established deadlines. - Must be detail oriented, organized and be able to multi-task. - Proactive and motivated with strong problem solving and follow up skills. - Prior knowledge of/experience working in the Legal industry preferred.
