• Lead the identification, design, and delivery of interventions improving outcomes for smallholder farmers • Manage and develop a small team of analysts • Identify and evaluate opportunities in the agricultural sector • Design programs from start to finish • Track results, evaluate impact, and iterate • Build and maintain relationships with external partners

• Identify, design, and drive interventions that improve outcomes for smallholder farmers and their communities • Research, analyze, and quantify the potential of solutions to sustainability challenges • Assess and develop candidate interventions and ideas across precision agriculture, sustainable livelihoods, carbon sequestration, microfinance, and related areas • Lead the design, launch, and management of programs • Spend substantial time at origin, in smallholder communities across Sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America, or Asia • Collaborate across the organization and with external partners and stakeholders to build the credibility and relationships that make change possible

• Backend feature development and maintenance. Implement improvements to our EUDR backend services, refine geospatial workflows, and strengthen data checks and error handling. • Investigative problem-solving. When something doesn’t look right to our Support team, you will help trace through data, assumptions, and system behavior to understand what happened and how to fix it. • Working with ambiguous or evolving requirements. EUDR is a regulated space where guidance changes, and internal requests are sometimes incomplete. You’ll help clarify what’s needed and translate it into practical engineering work. • Adapting the system to regulatory updates. As the EU releases new FAQs or adjustments, you will help interpret their implications and adapt parts of the system to remain consistent and compliant. • General backend engineering. Python + PostgreSQL/PostGIS development, improving observability, contributing to CI/CD pipelines, and helping make the system more resilient over time.

• Lead the day-to-day, end-to-end, field operations in India. • Create budgets and contracts, coordinating field logistics and managing field teams. • Cultivate stakeholder relationships, developing a deep understanding of the landscape, and generating / executing any new opportunities in India. • Proactively identify risks and opportunities, develop and discuss country strategy with regional leads, and problem-solve dynamic issues with field teams. • Engage stakeholders effectively, and build relationships independently. • Oversee field team training and data quality processes, ensuring high quality of data collected during field work. • Support the process of insights generation and conduct data analysis projects to improve Enveritas’ understanding of coffee industry dynamics in India. • Generate reports for stakeholders and clients, and/or conduct research related to coffee (and other crops as needed). • Conduct training of field teams, lead sessions on data quality, and coordinate the work of field teams. • Design and improve training methods and materials, data quality processes and/or tools, and survey questionnaires, where relevant.

• Provide legal advice on all matters related to Enveritas' US and international operations • Contract review: review, draft, and negotiate agreements between clients and Enveritas • Provide policy and legal advice across departments: flag important issues and potential legal risks to leadership and department leads • Strategic planning: contribute to programmatic priorities, be a thought partner with the leadership team • Management of foreign subsidiary registrations: engage, manage, and communicate with local lawyers, including but not limited to issues around HR, Finance, local laws and regulations • Data protection: overseeing new and changing data privacy laws on an international scope, translating laws into concrete action items as it relates to staff/clients/farmers' data protection • Employment matters: provide advice on management of US and international PEO, EORs, and independent contractors • Product counseling for Enveritas’ software-based regulatory compliance product • And other duties as assigned
