Job Details Key Responsibilities: - Manage and review complex federal and state income tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts. - Supervise, train, and mentor staff and seniors on tax projects and career development. - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients—responding to inquiries, providing tax planning guidance, and ensuring satisfaction. - Conduct tax research and stay up to date on changes in tax laws and regulations. - Participate in strategic planning and contribute to firm growth initiatives. - Ensure compliance with professional standards, firm policies, and government regulations. Qualifications - CPA license required. - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s in Taxation preferred. - 5+ years of experience in public accounting with a focus on taxation. - Strong technical knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements. - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and client relationships. - Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
