• Managing and tracking the full lifecycle of commercial lease transactions • Enter and track deal terms in Yardi Deal Manager from LOI through execution • Monitor deal pipeline and proactively drive transactions to completion • Manage transition of executed leases into Yardi Voyager, ensuring data accuracy • Track and check changes to LOI and Leases and push process • Prepare bi-weekly reporting for President to include: # of active deals per property, # of completed deals, # of leases drafted, # of leases executed, Average time lead to deal competition • Provide assistance to the Legal Department, as needed
• Day to day/full cycle accounting for a portfolio of industrial/commercial real estate properties • Prepare monthly financial statements in accordance with GAAP for assigned properties including bank reconciliations, journal entries, reclasses, expense accruals, balance sheet reconciliations, and maintenance of supporting workpapers • Monitor cash and ensure sufficient liquidity for properties • Enter tenant receipts, monitor outstanding receivables and work with property managers to resolve any open balances • Review and approve payables in Yardi/Procure to Pay workflow • Review rent roll to ensure accuracy • Prepare annual CAM, Tax, and Insurance reconciliations based on tenant leases • Prepare and file monthly sales tax reporting • Work with property managers to review variance explanations and monthly accruals • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets • Dedication to continuously improve accounting processes • Assist with special tasks and projects as requested
