Job Requirements
- 6+ years of experience supporting enterprise systems
- 3+ years of hands-on AWS experience in development or administration
- 3+ years of experience with AWS core services (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, and Lambda)
- 3+ years of experience with Amazon Connect and/or contact center technologies
- 3+ years of experience integrating APIs, serverless functions, and cloud-native service
- 3+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation
- 3+ years of experience with security best practices, logging, and monitoring in AWS
- 3+ years of experience with scripting (Python, Bash, or equivalent)
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional OR AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional
- Preferred: Experience with AI/ML integrations and prompt engineering
- Preferred: Experience with hybrid cloud or third-party integrations
- Preferred: Experience with cost optimization and FinOps
- Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud Services and Hybrid Cloud Architectures
- Preferred: Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect (AZ-305)

Position Type : Full time Type Of Hire : Experienced (relevant combo of work and education) Job Description FIS Management Services, LLC seeks IT Architect Seniors- Senior CPQ Solution Architect in Jacksonville, FL to create and maintain the technical vision and roadmap for the corporate applications that support Sales, Pricing, and Customer Service Management (CSM) functions. Work closely with the Senior Director of Corporate Applications, business stakeholders, and development teams to ensure alignment and quality of the solutions. Ensure that the technical solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, and compliant with FIS standards and best practices. Collaborate with other architects and engineers to integrate the corporate applications with other FIS systems and platforms. Create and maintain the architecture and design documents for the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and how they interact with up and downstream systems. Provide technical guidance and oversight to the development teams and conduct code reviews. Research and evaluating new technologies and frameworks to enhance the capabilities and performance of corporate applications. Provide technical direction for the platform and resolving issues through collaboration and transparency. Develop strategies to improve the performance and usage of corporate applications. • Lead fintech partner technical scoping, including discovery sessions, funds-flow design, sandbox setup, UAT, and go-live coordination. • Help maintain partner-facing APIs, authentication, and webhook flows, ensuring clear documentation (OpenAPI/Swagger, Postman collections) for developer usability. • Translate partner business requirements into detailed solution designs and PRDs, working with Coastal Product and Compliance to align with contractual obligations. • Coordinate with processors, networks, and third-party vendors on certifications, file specs, and program modifications. • Define and validate funds flows, settlements, GL postings, and reconciliations, enabling accurate financial reporting and operational efficiency. • Collaborate with engineering on schema design, data mapping, and ETL pipelines to support reporting, reconciliation, and analytics. • Support due diligence and technical risk reviews during the fintech partner evaluation process. • Represent Coastal at partner meetings, articulating technical and compliance capabilities in clear terms. • Provide technical consultation on new BaaS product features, shaping the roadmap based on partner demand and market trends.
