Position Type : Full time Type Of Hire : Experienced (relevant combo of work and education) Job Description FIS Management Services, LLC seeks IT Architect Seniors- Senior CPQ Solution Architect in Jacksonville, FL to create and maintain the technical vision and roadmap for the corporate applications that support Sales, Pricing, and Customer Service Management (CSM) functions. Work closely with the Senior Director of Corporate Applications, business stakeholders, and development teams to ensure alignment and quality of the solutions. Ensure that the technical solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, and compliant with FIS standards and best practices. Collaborate with other architects and engineers to integrate the corporate applications with other FIS systems and platforms. Create and maintain the architecture and design documents for the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and how they interact with up and downstream systems. Provide technical guidance and oversight to the development teams and conduct code reviews. Research and evaluating new technologies and frameworks to enhance the capabilities and performance of corporate applications. Provide technical direction for the platform and resolving issues through collaboration and transparency. Develop strategies to improve the performance and usage of corporate applications. Implement and maintain the testing, deployment, and configuration management processes and tools for the corporate applications. Design disaster recovery and business continuity strategies to ensure resilience & reliability. Consult with stakeholders to understand the business needs and requirements and translating them into technical solutions. Present and explain the technical solutions and architecture to various audiences, including senior management, business owners, and developers. Work with the product owners and stakeholders to plan and prioritize the technical deliveries and ensure alignment with the product strategy and roadmap. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the processes and practices of the Corporate Business Architecture team. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation: serving as Oracle CPQ Cloud Solution Architect; implementing Technical knowledge in BML, JavaScript, CSS, XSL, XML, and HTML; utilizing Oracle CPQ processes and workflows; working with Oracle CPQ Cloud configuration, customization, and integration; utilizing systems up and downstream from Dynamics 365 for Services (CRM) including Dynamics 365 for Sales, ServiceNow, email systems, chat systems, social media platforms, survey tools, feedback tools, and client service engagement platforms; architecting interconnected platforms with back, middle, and front-end development; and designing and implementing SOAP & REST APIs, and orchestration engines. • Lead fintech partner technical scoping, including discovery sessions, funds-flow design, sandbox setup, UAT, and go-live coordination. • Help maintain partner-facing APIs, authentication, and webhook flows, ensuring clear documentation (OpenAPI/Swagger, Postman collections) for developer usability. • Translate partner business requirements into detailed solution designs and PRDs, working with Coastal Product and Compliance to align with contractual obligations. • Coordinate with processors, networks, and third-party vendors on certifications, file specs, and program modifications. • Define and validate funds flows, settlements, GL postings, and reconciliations, enabling accurate financial reporting and operational efficiency. • Collaborate with engineering on schema design, data mapping, and ETL pipelines to support reporting, reconciliation, and analytics. • Support due diligence and technical risk reviews during the fintech partner evaluation process. • Represent Coastal at partner meetings, articulating technical and compliance capabilities in clear terms. • Provide technical consultation on new BaaS product features, shaping the roadmap based on partner demand and market trends.

• As a central interface, you connect our Sales, Product Development and our customers, ensuring a smooth flow of information • You advise our energy-sector customers, who have complex IT landscapes, on the integration of our AI solutions • You analyze customer requirements and develop viable, future‑proof solution architectures based on those insights • In close collaboration with Sales, you develop technical concepts and support complex pre‑sales requests • You plan, moderate and lead workshops and confidently present our solutions at C‑level and IT levels

• Advise our service provider customers on the further development of their networks • Develop solution concepts for IP-/MPLS-based networks and services and document them in High Level and Low Level Designs • Automate operational processes in complex network environments • Test and implement concepts and detailed solutions • Prepare and deliver trainings and workshops • Provide technical guidance to team members in projects • Present our solutions to management and technical teams • Participate in remote on-call rotations
