Job Description We are looking for a Program Manager, Quality to join our Quality and Safety team at Alto Pharmacy. Alto is a full-service pharmacy with a national presence, offering both mail order delivery and 13 physical pharmacy locations supported by one of the most robust delivery networks in the industry. In this role, you will drive high-impact programs that ensure our patients receive their medications accurately, safely, and with an exceptional quality experience. Job Description PharmD degree (Licensed Rph) required in this role. Key Responsibilities You will combine strategic thinking with deep analytical expertise to optimize quality operations across FuzeRx, manage working team relationships, identify areas of quality and non-compliance, leverage data insights to improve efficiency, and partner with cross-functional teams to scale Alto’s quality and safety capabilities as we continue to grow nationwide. Accelerate Your Career as You - Drive FuzeRx’ cross-functional quality and safety program and performance from quality investigations to ongoing performance and successful mitigation completion, ensuring initiatives are executed on time, within scope, and aligned to business goals. - Leverage advanced Looker / SQL expertise to analyze complex data sets, generate insights, and inform decision-making across multiple workstreams. - Build business cases and data quality models to support strategic decision-making and program prioritization. - Partner with senior stakeholders and carriers to define success metrics, track progress, and continuously optimize quality and safety operations. Required Experience & Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: - PharmD degree (Licensed Rph) required, with a concentration in Operations / Quality or a related field. - 4 - 6 years of progressive program management or business operations experience in a data-driven environment. - Proficient-level Looker / SQL proficiency, with demonstrated ability to independently query, analyze, and manipulate complex data sets. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to translate data into actionable insights. - Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, GSuite, Asana, Jira, Smartsheet). - Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive alignment across technical and business teams. Preferred Qualifications: - Prior experience in healthcare, technology, consulting, or high-growth industries. - Experience managing multiple concurrent programs with competing priorities. - Advanced Excel and/or experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI). - Demonstrated ability to influence executive decision-making and build consensus across diverse teams. - PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent certification a plus. Additional Information Additional Physical Job Requirements Physical requirements for this role include the ability to work at a computer terminal with monitor, keyboard and mouse for extended periods of time, stoop, bend, and reach for equipment and supplies, make frequent repetitive motions required to operate a computer that include the wrists, hands and fingers, and lift, carry, push, pull, and move light objects up to 20 pounds. The role also requires the ability to effectively communicate through verbal interactions, discern auditory information, and visually perceive details to perform essential job functions. This position requires occasional travel therefore you must be able to sit for extended periods of time on airplanes and/or in vehicles, lift and carry luggage independently, navigate long distances through airports and other travel locations independently, and adjust to different time zones and climates. About the Position The Interstate Renewable Energy Council (IREC) is seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to support IREC in achieving aggressive goals to increase the adoption of electric vehicles (EV) and EV charging. The Program Manager will work with IREC organizational partners to recruit communities and provide technical assistance to local governments pursuing designation under the U.S. Department of Energy-funded Charging Smart program. You will work as part of a small, dynamic team to help communities reduce local barriers to EV charging adoption. You will focus on permitting and inspection, planning and zoning, government operations, utility engagement, and market development, as well as other federal, state, and local EV and EV charging topics. You will also work with a broad coalition of other stakeholders, demonstrating thought leadership at both the strategic and tactical levels. The Program Manager will occasionally perform other duties and support other programs as needed to meet the objectives of a small and dynamic national nonprofit organization.
