Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented, business-minded, and naturally curious Data Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that drive decision-making across the organization. This role partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze performance, build reporting, and support strategic initiatives through clear, reliable analytics. Success in this role requires someone who is comfortable balancing strategic analysis with operational execution, helping maintain critical reporting, dashboards, and data processes that support day-to-day company operations. If so, we want to hear from you! This position reports to the Senior Manager of Analytics and can be fully remote (from Argentina). What You’ll Be Doing: - Build and maintain critical data transformations, business reports, and dashboards that effectively communicate insights across the organization. - Collaborate with team leaders regularly to make our data and methodologies come to life. - Identify areas of analytic and automation opportunity within IPSY and work with great focus to implement your vision. - Utilize best practices to ensure that work products run efficiently, conform to business needs, and respond to operational issues in a timely manner. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or other quantitative field, with a track record of academic excellence strongly preferred. - 3+ years of experience performing analysis for an e-commerce, internet, or technology company. - Excellent SQL and data warehouse skills, and experience writing complex queries on large data sets. - Expertise with data visualization and dashboard tools such as Tableau, Looker, or equivalent. - Superb communicator with a strong eye for business and social skills. - History of deriving actionable insights from complex data sets. - Understanding of statistics concepts. Requirements - Bonus if You Have: - Experience with Python and Git. - Knowledge of product, marketing, or subscription analytics. - Experience working with modern data stacks or cloud data warehouses. Job Requirements

Job Summary & Responsibilities Role Summary: The Financial Analyst – AI & Data Analytics will support a dental practice management software platform by applying advanced financial analysis, automation, and AI-driven insights to subscription revenue, practice usage, retention and operational performance.
