Role Description The Senior Director, Global Business Systems will be responsible for partnering with both ITS commercial teams (Sales, Marketing, Service, Training, Operations, HR etc.) and the Information Technology (IT) team on the development and enhancement of the application systems that support the global commercial enterprise. The role will work with the functional business leaders to improve processes, increase efficiency, reduce costs and optimize the number of platforms required to operate the ITS business. - Establish the strategy and direction for IT systems required to support each major area of the business. - Provide strong leadership in the design, implementation, and maintenance of application systems. - Ensure system designs are documented, reviewed, and tested against functional specifications. - Review progress on projects and ensure delivery on-time, within budget, to scope, and with high quality. - Meet with key business colleagues to establish priorities and review work. - Lead and manage a small team of business systems professionals in a player/coach model. - Develop and manage departmental expense and project budget(s). - Perform special projects as requested by the ITS President. Qualifications - Strong IT fluency and ability to work with IT teams to architect & deploy solutions. - Understanding of Sales, Marketing, Service, Financial, Human Resource, Supply Chain, and Training processes. - Experience in the implementation and support of CRM (Salesforce.com, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, etc.) and ERP systems (SAP, Siebel). - Expertise in application development and application support processes. - Skilled in project management lifecycles, work plan creation and reporting, task management, programming techniques, testing methodologies. - Global organizational experience managing people in multiple countries including the Americas, Europe, and Asia. - Track record delivering multiple foundational projects simultaneously. - Working knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks and servers. - Experience in Service Oriented Architecture environments. Requirements - Minimum of 7 years managerial experience in Application Development. - Experience with large-scale project management, managing multiple projects. - Performance-management experience including hiring, developing, and maintaining a highly effective development organization. - Strong team-building and team leadership skills. - Superior written and verbal communication skills. - Demonstrated leadership and executive maturity. - Ability to set applications strategy and roadmap. Education - Bachelor degree plus 10 years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Travel - Occasional domestic and international travel may be required. Benefits - Competitive Salary Offered: $175,000 - $200,000, based on experience.

Role Description The Account Manager DPMS position will be responsible for managing a portfolio of current Carestream Dental customers and will build long term relationships with the customers. This role will be the first point of contact for current customers and will generate sales within the accounts by upselling and cross-selling software solutions. The position will be charged with implementing solutions to automate processes and reporting, development of advanced analytics and improving dexterity of data to include a comprehensive view of customers. These efficiencies should result in replicable data, reporting and self-service for business managers. This role partners with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Controllership to improve forecasting, revenue and cost analysis and data-driven decision-making across SMB and DSO customers.
