Marketing Coordinator

Establishment Labs

• Manage marketing operations including purchase orders, invoices, budgets, and internal trackers • Coordinate fulfillment of marketing and in office materials • Custodian of a curated image library. Collect, review, organize, and edit approved marketing images, consents and assets • Support review and approval process including submissions, routing and revisions for the team • Coordinate marketing materials for new hires in partnership with sales, HR, and other vendors • Support execution of marketing programs and initiatives, including tracking activity, preparing reports and providing recap decks • Review eligibility and fulfill approved requests for marketing tools and programs • Support trade shows, meetings, and events, including material preparation and onsite support, as needed • Coordinate collateral printing, warehousing, inventory management, and shipment of marketing materials • Manage program submissions, fulfillment logistics, and incentive processing as applicable • Pull program metrics and analytics to support reporting and optimization, create and manage a dashboard to help the team track ROI on programs and events • Maintain accurate records, ensure compliance, and help reduce operational bottlenecks across marketing initiatives • Other marketing support needs

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, marketing operations, or program support
  • Strong proficiency Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Word required
  • Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira) preferred
  • Familiarity with Veeva Vault or regulated marketing environments is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear communicator with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Interest in healthcare, medical devices, or brand and marketing operations.
