Media Buyer – Social

Adswerve, Inc.

• Launch and manage campaigns across all major platforms, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, and Reddit • Proactively monitor and optimize campaign pacing, delivery, and performance to ensure all initiatives remain within allocated budgets while consistently exceeding benchmark returns month-over-month. • Analyze campaign performance effectively using data trends from native platforms and Looker Studio dashboards. • Craft meaningful, proactive recommendations and insight notes for client review that drive a positive impact on performance. • Clearly translate advertiser needs into strategic plans tailored to specific performance goals. • Partner with clients to align organic strategies with paid media efforts to create a fully integrated social approach. • Gather and audit creative assets to ensure proper campaign setup. • Utilize customized conversion tracking and tag management to extend optimization efforts beyond simple click-through rates. • Collaborate across the Performance Media team and Client Services teams to ensure alignment between clients’ goals and opportunities. • Contribute to thought leadership in team meetings, sharing process improvements, new best practices, and testing ideas.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of dedicated paid social media ad buying experience, ideally within an agency environment managing multiple advertiser accounts.
  • Extensive experience with Meta Business Manager and a thorough understanding of tag management and customized conversion tracking.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional time-management skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
