• Partner with Sales and Go-To-Market teams to support strategic enterprise opportunities by bringing deep GSOC domain expertise and operational credibility to the sales process. • Act as a consultative subject matter expert to prospective clients — translating complex operational challenges (intelligence intake, alarm management, crisis response, investigations handoff, executive reporting) into scalable solutions powered by Ontic. • Help clients envision the transformation from siloed tools and manual processes to a unified, intelligence-led GSOC model. • Provide real-world examples of global GSOC design, staffing models, SOP development, KPIs, and technology consolidation strategies. • Support expansion opportunities by advising current clients on advancing from basic use cases to fully integrated, enterprise-wide operational maturity. • Work closely with Client Success and Sales leaders to proactively support key accounts with advisory workshops, maturity assessments, and strategic refresh sessions. • Serve as a public-facing authority on modern GSOC strategy and cyber-physical convergence. • Develop and codify a programmatic framework for building and scaling high-performing GSOCs within complex global enterprises.
Job Requirements
- 12–15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Global Security Operations, GSOC management, corporate security, intelligence operations, or enterprise risk management.
- Direct experience leading or transforming a GSOC within a large global enterprise (multi-region, multi-site operations).
- Deep familiarity with the technology ecosystem that powers modern GSOCs, including case management, intelligence platforms, PSIM, access control, VMS, incident response tools, and data analytics platforms.
- Proven success designing and scaling 24/7 operations, developing SOPs, KPIs, and executive reporting frameworks.
- Experience navigating global regulatory, cultural, and operational complexities.
- Strong understanding of cyber-physical convergence and cross-functional coordination between security, legal, HR, compliance, and IT.
- Comfort operating at the executive level, advising CSOs, CISOs, and C-suite stakeholders with credibility and strategic clarity.
- Experience in enterprise SaaS environments, product advisory roles, or security technology deployment at scale is strongly preferred.
- Prior public sector or federal experience is a plus.
