Job Description: We are seeking a full time Benefits Coordinator to add to our Total Rewards team! This position will work mainly in benefits. Depending on the person, this role has the opportunity to expand into other areas of Total Rewards - payroll, compensation, talent management. If you have at least 2 years of experience in a Benefits related role, Excel skills, experience working in HRIS and Payroll system(s) and are resourceful, please apply. Benefits - Competitive compensation with bonuses - Great health benefits - Paid time off - Paid company holidays - Strong company match to 401(k) contributions - Tuition reimbursement program - Paid parental leave Essential Duties - Prepare internal monthly benefit invoices for distribution - Prepare external monthly benefit vendor invoices for payment - Run reports as needed from Workday, our HRIS platform - Monitor new hire benefits enrollment; send follow up emails as needed - Request and review dependent verification documents - Process mid-year benefit changes - Prepare carrier eligibility files in Excel, as needed - Process medical support orders - Monitor group benefit email box and respond to questions/requests as needed - Liaison with employees, payroll team and HR partners - Perform recurring audits related to both the health & welfare and retirement plans Skills and Abilities - Experience with Excel - Oral and written communication skills - Perform work under general supervision - Ability to meet deadlines - Ability to be resourceful using readily-available information to make informed decisions Qualifications Requirements - HS Diploma - 2-4 years of experience in a Benefits related role - Intermediate Excel Skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, etc.) - Experience working in HRIS and Payroll system(s), Workday preferred - Associates degree or higher preferred - Ad-hoc reporting experience Domestic Travel: 0-10%. The base compensation range for this role is $24-$28 an hour.
