About the Role We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Account Executive to drive new business growth across financial institutions, including wealth firms, banks, payroll providers, and benefits brokers. Reporting to the Head of Business Development, you will own enterprise sales opportunities from prospecting through close, build relationships with senior stakeholders, and represent Addition Wealth across the market. This role is ideal for a high-performing individual contributor who thrives in complex sales cycles, is excited to spend significant time in the market, and can build momentum through conferences, events, and direct industry engagement. This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to help expand Addition Wealth’s presence across the financial services landscape. What You’ll Work On: - Drive new business growth by sourcing, developing, and closing enterprise opportunities across financial institutions, including wealth firms, banks, payroll providers, and benefits brokers. - Build and manage a strong pipeline by identifying high-potential prospects, qualifying opportunities, and advancing deals through complex enterprise sales cycles. - Represent Addition Wealth in the market through a strong presence at conferences, industry events, and meetings with senior stakeholders to generate opportunities and deepen relationships. - Develop trusted relationships with key decision-makers and navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes to drive long-term partnership value. - Partner closely with leadership to refine messaging, identify market opportunities, and support go-to-market efforts across priority segments. - Maintain market intelligence by tracking buyer needs, competitor activity, and industry trends to help shape outreach and sales strategy. - Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success to ensure a strong prospect experience and alignment throughout the sales process.
