Inside Sales Representative

• Collaborate with multiple Field & Inside Sales Account Managers to help drive revenue in an assigned territory • Assist in building and executing a plan to help grow the territory’s business • Work closely in a team approach with Fortinet’s reseller partners, marketing and channel teams to drive deals • Assist with customer presentations and demos via online tools Teams/Zoom • Align with sales, channel and partner teams to support overall company revenue targets • Execute the role with professionalism and align with Fortinet’s core values
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
- Coachable and flexible
- Self-driven and able to manage a diverse, high-volume workload
- Ability to quickly build productive relationships in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Be computer savvy
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Well organized with effective time and activity management skills
- Ability to apply entrepreneurial strengths in a driven, forward-thinking manner
- Previous sales experience a plus
- Experience with Salesforce a plus
- Experience with multi-tier distribution a plus
- Experience in networking, security and/or public/private cloud a plus

About the Role We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Account Executive to drive new business growth across financial institutions, including wealth firms, banks, payroll providers, and benefits brokers. Reporting to the Head of Business Development, you will own enterprise sales opportunities from prospecting through close, build relationships with senior stakeholders, and represent Addition Wealth across the market. What We're Looking For: - 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally in fintech or financial services, with a proven track record of selling complex solutions to large enterprise clients in the financial institution or benefits ecosystem - Demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles while balancing deal progression and conversion with top-of-funnel activity to maintain consistent pipeline growth - Strong understanding of the financial services landscape, including market dynamics, buyer needs, and competitive pressures - Established network of industry relationships with clients and stakeholders you have successfully engaged and worked with previously - Willingness to travel up to 50% for conferences, industry events, and client meetings - Experience building relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders across large organizations - Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts and influence decision-makers - Strong operational discipline, including maintaining CRM hygiene, managing pipeline reporting, and independently creating high-quality decks and presentations to support sales conversations and internal updates.
