Partner with enterprise search and knowledge platforms (e.g., Glean, Confluence/Docs, internal portals) to make “search before asking” the default behavior. - Create and maintain a cross-platform center of excellence for work management and collaboration, with clear standards, paved paths, training, and governance across Jira, Linear, Asana, Slack, and related tools. Design “Day One” onboarding for Slack and work management that guides new employees to essential channels, projects, and playbooks, accelerating time‑to‑productivity. - Lead change management and enablement for new tools, standards, and process changes, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruption and clear, opinionated documentation that helps teams adopt paved paths.
