Senior Analyst, Program Manager – Strategy & Operations

• Proactively monitor key terms, critical dates, and decision points to ensure timely execution and risk mitigation across the portfolio • Maintain a centralized system of record capturing key terms, ownership positions, milestones, and critical dates • Synthesize data-driven insights from analysis into clear, executive / investment committee materials • Organize and help manage a pipeline of strategic opportunities and existing relationships, including tracking status, documentation, and key insights • Coordinate cross-functionally to share relevant pipeline insights across Legal, Finance, Treasury, and Business Units • Standardize processes for documentation, reporting, and internal approvals to support disciplined execution across pipeline phases • Support capital markets and co-investment relationships by managing external communications, planning events, and facilitating recurring touchpoints • Assist with business team engagement to build relationships and gain insight into strategic priorities and roadmap, identifying capital markets insights to address business needs • Contribute to scaling and refining internal tools, templates, and processes that improve efficiency and consistency across the platform • Project management of administrative and operational processes (e.g., CRM, documentation, reporting) in coordination with other parts of the team • Support administrative functions such as organizing meetings/events, coordinating logistics, and managing related communications 10-15% travel expected.
Job Requirements
- 2-4 years of professional experience managing complex, cross-functional programs with financial, legal, or business development components
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Advanced PowerPoint and executive communication skills
- Ability to operate independently and navigate ambiguity across multiple stakeholders
- Proven collaborative work style in fast-paced, matrixed environments
- Experience working with Legal, Treasury, or Accounting teams on structured transactions (Preferred)
- Exposure to venture capital, corporate venture, investment operations, or capital markets (Preferred)
- Experience in healthcare, healthcare services, or healthcare technology markets (Preferred)
- Familiarity with enterprise governance processes and financial reporting requirements (Preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to interpret legal agreements and translate them into operational action plans (Preferred).

Role Description This role is a critical opportunity to lead program-level delivery of global compliance initiatives in a fast-paced, SaaS environment. The Global Compliance Program Manager will drive cross-functional alignment, operational excellence, and transparency across multiple workstreams, ensuring regulatory and content programs are delivered efficiently, consistently, and at scale. You will oversee integrated roadmaps, track performance metrics, and manage dependencies across Product, Engineering, Localization, Sales, and client-facing teams. This hands-on role combines strategic planning with operational execution, requiring someone who is highly organized, systems-oriented, and adept at navigating complex initiatives. The position offers visibility into global compliance operations, enabling measurable impact on audit readiness, process automation, and regulatory alignment. Success in this role will enhance governance, strengthen compliance practices, and support sustainable growth across international supply chains. - Own program-level planning, coordination, and execution of global compliance and regulatory content initiatives. - Maintain the master Global Compliance Content Management (GCCM) roadmap, tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery status across workstreams. - Partner with project managers, regional leads, and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent sequencing and execution of initiatives. - Coordinate dependencies across Product, Engineering, Localization, Sales, Supplier Support, and client-facing teams. - Establish standardized program artifacts including intake tracking, timelines, status reports, and decision logs. - Track and report program KPIs such as throughput, SLA adherence, turnaround time, and automation readiness. - Support governance by surfacing risks, blockers, and tradeoffs with clear recommendations to leadership. - Enable compliance automation and operational improvements, ensuring alignment between regulatory intent and system implementation timelines. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Operations, Technology, Compliance, or related field. - 5+ years of program management experience in SaaS, technology, or regulated environments. - Proven ability to manage complex, multi-workstream programs with shifting priorities and dependencies. - Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives with Product, Engineering, Operations, and client-facing teams. - Strong systems thinking, comfortable navigating ambiguity while building structure. - Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-ready reporting. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and delivery-focused. - Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Wrike. - Experience with KPI development, dashboards, and performance reporting. - Familiarity with compliance, HSE, ESG, or regulated content domains is preferred. - PMP, Agile, Six Sigma, or similar certifications are a plus. - Fluency in English required; additional languages are advantageous.
