• Improve and optimize the Double the Donation website to support lead generation and conversion goals • Design and build high-performing landing pages for marketing campaigns, product education, and sales enablement • Redesign or revamp existing website pages to improve clarity, usability, and conversion performance • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to translate campaigns and messaging into effective web experiences • Partner with the sales team to ensure the website supports inbound leads, demos, and customer decision-making • Apply best practices in UX/UI, accessibility, and conversion-focused design across all web properties

• Translate client needs, user behaviors, and project requirements to develop prototypes, wireframes, style tiles, and design concepts that provide a great user experience and wow our clients. • Present and explain in a compelling manner the rationale for design decisions to clients. • Create clear development ready files, notations and style guides that are consistent and with attention to detail. • Translate complex behavioral data from Clarity and GA into actionable design strategies and insights; present data-backed sitemaps and journey maps that clearly communicate the rationale behind UX improvements. • Prioritize and meet deadlines while maintaining a commitment to excellence across multiple projects at one time, and adapt working style to various project sizes, budgets and requirements.

• Design high-converting landing pages for paid media campaigns (Unbounce, WordPress, Perspective, or similar) • Design visually compelling website pages with a focus on UX and conversions/performance • Develop website designs for WordPress websites (homepage, service pages, etc.) • Create high-performing static ad creatives for Meta, LinkedIn, Google Display, and other channels • Leverage AI tools to produce scroll-stopping video ads for Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube • Design email templates and graphics that engage subscribers and support campaign goals

• Design editorial-quality web experiences that clearly communicate Vanta’s brand, product, and vision with clarity and creativity. • Own end-to-end design for high impact web pages: from concept and art direction to responsive design and developer handoff. • Craft compelling data visualizations, infographics, and abstract visual metaphors to make complex concepts feel accessible and memorable. • Select and curate photography and illustrations that reinforce Vanta’s brand identity; occasionally create visuals when needed. • Contribute to Vanta’s web design system, ensuring visual consistency and sustainable workflows. • Collaborate closely with developers, marketers, and content stakeholders to translate business goals into digital experiences. • Experiment with new visual approaches—including AI prototyping tools—to push the creative bar higher. • Define and uphold high standards for craft, typography, layout, and digital design best practices across the web. • Balance brand expression with UX best practices and business goals.
