• Own the technical relationship and long-term outcome for a portfolio of strategic accounts. • Drive architecture reviews and design consultations to understand each customer's deployment. • Deepen product adoption by identifying capability gaps between what customers have built and what the platform supports. • Quarterback the full LiveKit team behind each account. • Be the customer's voice inside LiveKit, translating field signal into product feedback. • Lead executive business reviews that connect platform health to business outcomes. • Be on-site with customers for major launches and executive reviews. • Spot expansion signal early and hand it cleanly to sales.
• Work directly (remotely or on-site when necessary) with customer engineering teams to design and implement real-time applications built on LiveKit • Design scalable architectures for voice AI, real-time media, and developer platform use cases • Build prototype integrations, reference implementations, and sample applications to accelerate customer development • Help customers navigate SDKs, APIs, infrastructure, and deployment strategies for production systems • Debug and troubleshoot complex technical issues in production environments • Lead technical workshops and architecture sessions with developers and product teams • Translate customer needs into technical insights that inform product and platform development • Partner with Product and Engineering to improve developer experience, documentation, and tooling • Contribute code, examples, or improvements to LiveKit's open-source ecosystem when helpful • Act as a trusted advisor helping customers successfully launch and scale applications on LiveKit
• Support and work directly with developers, teams, and companies building with LiveKit, both commercially and in the community • Triage, file, and fix bugs, respond to support tickets, write sample and production-quality code, and update documentation and technical guides in service of customers • Collaborate and support community efforts, specifically around technical issues • Regularly meet with and follow up with LiveKit customers to ensure their continued success on the platform • Partner closely with Sales, BD, and Partnerships teams on strategy and support them in customer conversations
