Role Description The Director – IT for Platform Automation owns evangelizing, opportunity evaluation, execution and support of Intelligent Automations for the nation’s largest anesthesiology group practice with over 2 million cases annually. They will partner with the IT Solution Managers and their business stakeholders to identify, prioritize and execute new automation opportunities. They will also facilitate the full automation life cycle automation development activities to meet the USAP business objectives. Automations span all business units including Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Finance, HR, Legal and IT. The Director – IT for Platform Automation will also be responsible for monitoring and support of all automations within the ecosystem. They will be responsible for working with our managed service provider on the delivery of business SLAs and outcomes for project deliverables. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or higher. - Minimum of 5 years’ leadership experience. - Demonstrated success leading RPA/IPA capabilities indicated by business adoption and value delivered. - 4 years of experience working in an Intelligent Process Automation environment. - Minimum of 4 years’ experience working with UiPath technologies. - Minimum of 2 years' experience working with Power Automate technologies. - Strong Azure background. - Process excellence experience preferred (e.g. lean six sigma). - Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills. - Must have a strong financial acumen to prepare and manage project and portfolio business cases. - Experience in Healthcare preferred. - Experience working with customers to understand needs and define requirements for improvements to IT solutions, user workflows and data analysis. - Extensive knowledge of automation software specifically the UiPath and Power Automate suite of technologies. - Experience with SDLC, software development processes and working with development teams, both locally and offshore. - Ability to influence others through collaboration and building trust. - Ability to communicate with C-Level executives and physicians clearly and effectively. - Experience leading successful projects on time, on budget and meeting customer needs. Requirements - Oversees the Automation practice and enterprise implementation of Intelligent Automation Solutions. - Accountable for strategy, standards, policies, process, governance and metrics. - Strong foundational knowledge around advanced automations including UiPath, Powershell, Power Automate, QuickBase and Python technology. - Owns the automation operating model, governance structure, and roadmap. - Accountable for providing updates to executive leadership. - Manages the capability and capacity transparently through metrics. - Reviews automation progress reports on opportunity creation, implementation, automation performance, and guides the team for corrective action and performance optimization. - Acts as a point of escalation and helps remove automation roadblocks. - Defines the Organizational Change Management (OCM) plan and is accountable for engagement, awareness, education, training, and communication. - Enables pipeline creation and suitability assessment. - Engages relevant stakeholders and aligns opportunities to the organizational value proposition. - Leads delivery and production support teams. - Manages vendors, partners, and assures a favorable total cost of ownership. Benefits - The base pay estimate for this role is $107,700 - $183,100 annually. - This range is for base pay only and does not include bonuses or other compensation. - This position is eligible for an annual bonus. - Bonuses are not guaranteed and are awarded based on individual and company performance.
