ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM Specialist

DMI (Digital Management, LLC)

• Designs, develops, configures, and enhances TSA's ServiceNow platform. • Implements and matures core ITSM processes — including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and Service Catalog. • Drives measurable improvements to IT service delivery efficiency. • Implements ITOM capabilities — including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management. • Maintains a healthy, accurate CMDB that underpins change impact analysis.

Job Requirements

  • Must bring a minimum of 4 years of progressive experience.
  • All personnel must be U.S. citizens or Lawful Permanent Residents, capable of obtaining a TSA fitness determination and PIV card access, and able to support after-hours implementations as required by the TSA operational calendar.
