• Using analytics to gain business insight and drive improvements • Gathering business requirements for tools, product offerings, or systems • Data integrity solutions and best practices for data validation and verification • Process improvements – how to successfully plan, implement, document, and train systemic changes • Programming in Excel, SQL, Power BI, and other programs to create tools for business use • Business communication • Discovering, preparing, organizing, and analyzing data from across the enterprise to support Business Intelligence and Analytics solutions • Ensuring data integrity in databases • Managing and analyzing reports using internal and external programs such as Salesforce, Glovia, Windchill, and Excel • Utilizing tools such as PowerBI to develop self-service reports and dashboards • Understanding the business processes and how they interact with the data • Discovering, designing, developing, and maintaining solutions using programming languages such as SQL or VBA • Assisting with quality assurance (QA) of solutions • Troubleshooting data issues with production solutions • Collaborating with others to solve problems
Job Requirements

- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older
- Unofficial transcripts or web transcripts must be submitted with application
- The preferred applicant will be a student registered in at least 12 credits
- Applicants must be currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s degree program in Math, Statistics, Business, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
- The preferred applicant will be in their sophomore or junior year of school.
- Only strong academic performers will be considered and must maintain an acceptable GPA.

• Support the organization’s safety, compliance, and fleet operations by providing analytical insights, administrative coordination, and regulatory support • Ensure data accuracy, contribute to incident reporting and investigations, and partner with employees, leadership, and external vendors to maintain safe and efficient fleet operations • Interact with employees, customers, clients, and vendors to provide assistance and answer inquiries related to Safety & Fleet services • Ensure organizational compliance with DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, and OH&S regulations and guidelines • Enter, update, and maintain accurate data across Safety & Fleet management systems • Support workers’ compensation activities, including timely incident reporting • Generate and review financial and operational reports on fleet performance, spend, and utilization metrics
