• Provide advanced technical support for complex vehicle issues • Act as a key escalation point for Level 1 teams and dealers • Provide second-level technical support for complex vehicle issues • Support Level 1 agents and assist dealers remotely in resolving advanced cases • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across vehicle systems • Collaborate with Technical Delegates, Engineering, Quality and Suppliers • Contribute to improving repair efficiency, service quality and customer satisfaction • Monitor open technical issues and trigger technical discussions when needed • Apply internal processes (e.g. ITEM) to provide solutions and reduce ticket volume • Manage a minimum of ~3 tickets/day as Level 2 (plus additional Level 1 support during peak phases)
• Manage and track support cases using internal systems (PAMIR) • Ensure full traceability of each case • Respect service level agreements (SLAs) and response times • Handle an average of ~10 tickets per day • Ensure timely resolution according to standard lead times
• Cost Engineer Specialist will be responsible to develop technical variable and tooling costs for an assigned set of components and systems using activity-based costing methodologies while working from BOM (Bill of Materials), drawings and/or samples. • Engineers provide subject matter expertise to support engineering and purchasing at working levels and vehicle program leadership through all development phases. • The Engineer must have the ability to analyze supplier quotes and reach agreement on appropriate costs. • Additionally, the Engineer needs to be able to interact with the team in Design to Cost initiatives, benchmarking, Direct material and tooling costs. • Development of Costing in support of Technical Estimation and/or Should Cost based on technical features, specifications and Bill of Material. • Propose economic savings and optimization during vehicle milestones and cost target development. • Directly input design cost saving ideas into Opportunity Portfolio System. • Support as an active cross-functional teammate to Engineering, Vehicle Team, Purchasing. • Providing data driven cost deltas for target and quote gap closure. • Help and Support Negotiation during Component RFQ, Change Notes, Vehicle milestones. • Utilize Stellantis Methodology and cost database/calculators to develop and deliver cost analysis. • Support Stellantis Benchmarking & Purchasing/Engineering Commodity Strategies.

• Carrying out on-site and remote technical missions to dealerships, authorised repairers, and technical centres—reducing downtime and clearing backlogs fast • Diagnosing and resolving complex electrical, electronic, multiplexing, and drivability faults • Investigating both single-vehicle issues and systemic fleet concerns, defining containment and corrective actions • Using OEM diagnostic platforms (e.g. wiTECH POD, DiagBOX VCI) for guided diagnostics, ECU updates, reprogramming, and parameterisation • Interpreting wiring diagrams, service manuals, and technical bulletins to pinpoint root causes and define effective repair methods • Producing clear technical reports, incident summaries, and action plans for engineering, quality, and aftersales teams • Managing cases through the Technical Assistance process, ensuring KPI, SLA, and quality standards are met • Coaching and supporting technicians at the point of repair, delivering on-the-job training and knowledge transfer • Feeding recurring issues and lessons learned into knowledge bases to drive continuous improvement • Ensuring safe, cost-aware working practices, while managing tools, equipment, logistics, and accurate case records
• You will take on a central role in the design and development of automotive components and assemblies. • Your mission is to transform conceptual ideas into technically robust, cost-effective, and manufacturable solutions ready for series production. • Lead the end-to-end design of automotive parts and assemblies, ensuring they meet all functional and cost requirements. • Create, maintain, and optimize high-quality 3D models and 2D technical drawings. • Perform critical engineering calculations and tolerance analyses to ensure component integrity. • Manage and maintain data states within complex OEM PDM/PLM systems (e.g., HyperKVS, Connect, VPM). • Coordinate closely with production, quality, and suppliers to align on design feasibility and project timelines. • Provide hands-on support during prototype builds, testing, and validation phases.
Lead Electrical Engineer, Schematics & Apparatus (S&A)

• Responsible for the deliverables for each electrical reference/documentation set of the project • Ensure QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) management for S&A of assigned projects • Manage S&A workload and the effective utilization of S&A designers • Lead subcontracting mandates (definition, monitoring, validation) • Create, modify, or verify electrical schematics • Establish processes, methods and tools for these activities • Provide technical leadership by being methodical and proactive • Ensure adherence to schedule and quality of deliverables • Continuous improvement and management of lessons learned (REx) from previous projects • Develop and strengthen S&A technical skills within the team • Ensure compliance with industry standards in a railway environment (health & safety, ergonomics, quality, lean manufacturing, etc.)

• Lead and provide overall technical coordination and synthesis for the prototype development and validation project • Coordinate and ensure the secure delivery of the prototype vehicle • Attend meetings and report on project progress • Monitor the creation and documentation of the prototype assembly plan • Define and secure the Verification & Validation plan • Track milestone progress and facilitate escalation of critical issues with project teams
