• Create innovative, thought provoking, and highly leveraged “must-have insights” content • Develop new insights and ideas through thought leadership and offer compelling, actionable approaches to client's needs • Demonstrate thought leadership in establishing Insights positions across a team of analysts • Research, analyze and predict market trends and shifts to provide clients with actionable insights • Create and deliver high value presentation materials on and off stage for Gartner events • Support BTI and Sales: Provide sales support serving as voice of the market and create content

• Develop, analyze, and maintain cost and pricing models for subscription, transactional pay-per-use (API), and enterprise licensing data products. • Partner with Product Managers to analyze, recommend, and test tiered, volume-based, and bundled margin and pricing structures. • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual cost and price reviews and recommend adjustments based on market data and company strategy. • Evaluate data acquisition and licensing costs across vendors and data sources. • Model and monitor gross margins for data products to ensure profitability targets are met. • Analyze vendor and internal data usage patterns against spend and revenue to develop return-on-investment recommendations and decisions. • Benchmark competitive product pricing and margins through market research to ensure competitive positioning. • Monitor cost, margin, and pricing performance against KPIs (revenue, ARPU, conversion rates, and margins).

• Serve as a senior pricing analyst and advisor for the Hybrid Cloud Business Unit across all products, solutions, and business models. • Define, analyze, and evolve pricing frameworks to optimize revenue, margin, win rates, and long-term value capture. • Evaluate existing portfolio pricing and recommend adjustments to list pricing, packaging, discount thresholds, and offer structures. • Partner with product teams to establish pricing for new products, services, and business models, including CapEx, consumption, and as-a-service offerings. • Analyze pricing workflows and approval structures to maintain or reduce quote turnaround time and improve deal velocity. • Develop and recommend sales empowerment models, including discount thresholds, auto-approval limits, and escalation criteria. • Analyze competitive pricing inputs and translate insights into actionable pricing recommendations. • Review pricing proposals and provide feedback to improve analytical rigor, clarity, and approval readiness. • Act as a trusted pricing advisor to product leadership, the Pricing Council, and executive stakeholders. • Monitor market dynamics and business performance to proactively recommend pricing actions as conditions change.

• Entering and maintaining record royalty rates for the applicable royalty recipient • Rendering record royalty statements for the Group’s record label clients • Analyzing output from various royalty and financial systems to respond to questions and communicate results • Reviewing and analyzing recording agreements and other similar agreements for the purpose of identifying and summarizing the applicable royalty rates • Performing Fund Calculations for Business Affairs based on Artist contractual language • Assisting with WMG’s monthly, quarterly and annual financial close processes as needed • Creating and maintaining royalty accounts information for royalty recipients in WMG’s artist royalty system • Linking individual record products to the applicable contractual terms • Processing and reviewing artist royalty statements to ensure accuracy
