Creator Program Manager

Vocal Media

• Design, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, Substack, and other key platforms on behalf of progressive organizations and candidates • Manage positive client relationships and regularly update clients on campaign progress, including preparing for and leading weekly client calls • Serve as a strategic subject matter expert to clients on the creator economy and social content strategy • Establish campaign goals and finalize campaign materials, including creative briefs and other assets • Analyze campaign metrics and progress to goals, and proactively adjust strategy as needed • Develop and present post-campaign reports to clients • Work closely with digital creators to develop creative and engaging content that meets campaign brief requirements • Strategize with colleagues and clients to find new creative tactics to innovate on content, sourcing, and team processes • Stay up-to-date on current events, trends and news stories as it pertains to key social platforms and the content creation industry, to serve as an expert in strategy conversations with clients

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in social media strategy and content creation
  • Confident communicator with a client services focus
  • Passion for intersectional progressive issues and a strong cultural competency
  • Deep understanding of an ever-changing social media landscape, particularly as it pertains to growing an online presence, working with content creators, and utilizing trends
  • Great organizational & communication skills with a strong commitment to follow-up
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously under strict deadlines
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with variable hours and strict deadlines
