Common Cause
• Employee Experience Survey (EES) Pulse Check and ERG Member Survey: Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting related to these important employee feedback mechanisms. • L&D Knowledge Management System: Organize and update materials related to the Individual Professional Development (IPD) fund, and support the restructuring of the Employee Resource Hub. • ERG Lead Retreat Planning and Logistics: Contribute to the planning and execution of this annual event for our Employee Resource Group (ERG) leaders. • Data Collection and Analysis: Gather, synthesize, and interpret data to inform L&D initiatives and decisions. • Community Building: Support the development and engagement of our employee community, particularly through the ERGs. • Training Preparation and Facilitation: Assist with the preparation and delivery of L&D training programs, including basic facilitation skills.

SUMMARY The primary responsibility of this position is to lead the onboarding and training of new Pharmacy Operations staff and Pharmacy Services Associates. This role is also responsible for curriculum development and the continuous training of current staff.
