• Own end-to-end xECM for SAP solution architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and compliance. • Define architectural standards for: • Business Workspace models and templates • Metadata, classification, and inheritance strategies • SAP-to-OpenText integration patterns • Design, develop, and optimize Workspace Property Providers to dynamically populate workspace properties based on SAP and Content Server data. • SAP workbench knowledge and ABAP programming and/or debugging • Implement complex business rules for metadata derivation, validation, and formatting. • Ensure extensions are performant, resilient, and production-ready, with proper error handling, logging, and caching strategies. • Configure and setup SAP Connectivity for xECM authentication and SSO. • Collaborate with SAP Basis and Security teams to: • Define required authorizations and roles • Troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues. • Lead the design and configuration of Business Workspaces, including: • Workspace types and templates • Folder structures, naming conventions, and security models • Automated workspace creation rules driven by SAP events and context. • Ensure workspace lifecycle management aligns with business processes and governance requirements. • Define and implement enterprise metadata models mapped to SAP master and transactional data. • Ensure consistent classification, indexing, and searchability of workspaces and documents. • Lead technical delivery activities across Dev, QA, and Prod environments. • Support and oversee SIT, UAT, and cutover activities. • Provide post-go-live support and hypercare, including root-cause analysis and performance tuning. • Develop and maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, and operational runbooks.

Role Description As a Specifications Coordinator II, you serve as a vital technical resource within project teams, helping to ensure that design intent is accurately translated into documentation that meets performance, regulatory, and client standards. Responsibilities - Assemble and organize Project Manuals for multiple projects. - Set up projects in Specpoint, invite project teams, and set export requirements. - Work closely with the project specification writer to ensure the project manual is properly formatted and packaged. - Communicate deliverable requirements and deadlines to the project team and outside consultant(s) in advance of deadlines. - Perform QA/QC review checks on project manuals for projects. - Participate in weekly specification group workload meetings. - Monitor and update project statuses in the specification app. - Effectively manage multiple projects and deliverables. - Basic understanding of deliverable requirements by phase (SD, DD, CD, etc.). - General understanding of Division 01 Specifications. - Be self-directed in day-to-day work responsibilities. - May perform related duties as required. Qualifications - Minimum High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required; Associate Degree preferred. - Minimum 4+ years of experience working as an Administrative support professional required. - Prior work experience in the A/E/C industry preferred. - CSI Certification is preferred. - Strong (and proactive) verbal and written communication skills. - Strong organizational skills. - Ability to adapt and be flexible to fast-paced changes. - Ability to manage your own time. - Detail oriented and ability to check your own work and the work of others. - Ability to work independently and with a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam required. • Be responsible for configuration of mainframe hardware equipment such as HCD, IOGEN and IOCP. • During new client migrations, serve as the point person for configuring client environments within Ensono data centers to mimic existing client environment. • Serve as an escalation point for mainframe hardware issues such as failed Tape Drives, offline devices, and Call Home. • Responsible for coordinating and applying hardware MES’s. • To support hardware lifecycle activities, be responsible for upgrading existing client’s hardware including Mainframe CPU’s, DASD and Tape. • Define (GEN) mainframe equipment to be connected to Mainframe CPU. • Support existing mainframe equipment for functionality, break/fix, and upgrades. • Evaluate client systems for migrating into Ensono data centers. • Evaluate proposed solutions for supportability.
