Role Description As a Specifications Coordinator II, you serve as a vital technical resource within project teams, helping to ensure that design intent is accurately translated into documentation that meets performance, regulatory, and client standards. You’ll work closely with architects, engineers, and consultants to support the development and integration of specifications across disciplines, contributing to the overall quality and consistency of project deliverables. Your work directly influences project outcomes by enhancing clarity, reducing risk, and supporting compliance with codes and standards. This role is ideal for professionals who are ready to deepen their expertise in specification writing and coordination. Responsibilities - Assemble and organize Project Manuals for multiple projects. - Set up projects in Specpoint, invite project teams, and set export requirements. - Work closely with the project specification writer to ensure the project manual is properly formatted and packaged. - Communicate deliverable requirements and deadlines to the project team and outside consultant(s) in advance of deadlines. - Perform QA/QC review checks on project manuals for projects. - Participate in weekly specification group workload meetings. - Monitor and update project statuses in the specification app. - Effectively manage multiple projects and deliverables. - Basic understanding of deliverable requirements by phase (SD, DD, CD, etc.). - General understanding of Division 01 Specifications. - Be self-directed in day-to-day work responsibilities. - May perform related duties as required. Qualifications - Minimum High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required; Associate Degree preferred. - Minimum 4+ years of experience working as an Administrative support professional required. - Prior work experience in the A/E/C industry preferred. - CSI Certification is preferred. - Strong (and proactive) verbal and written communication skills. - Strong organizational skills. - Ability to adapt and be flexible to fast-paced changes. - Ability to manage your own time. - Detail oriented and ability to check your own work and the work of others. - Ability to work independently and with a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam required. Knowledge of MasterWorks preferred. - Knowledge of MasterSpec and the use of e-SPECS or Specpoint is preferred. Compensation and Benefits The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $22.00 to $27.65 an hour. Actual compensation may vary based on candidate's geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level. Employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses. • Be responsible for configuration of mainframe hardware equipment such as HCD, IOGEN and IOCP. • During new client migrations, serve as the point person for configuring client environments within Ensono data centers to mimic existing client environment. • Serve as an escalation point for mainframe hardware issues such as failed Tape Drives, offline devices, and Call Home. • Responsible for coordinating and applying hardware MES’s. • To support hardware lifecycle activities, be responsible for upgrading existing client’s hardware including Mainframe CPU’s, DASD and Tape. • Define (GEN) mainframe equipment to be connected to Mainframe CPU. • Support existing mainframe equipment for functionality, break/fix, and upgrades. • Evaluate client systems for migrating into Ensono data centers. • Evaluate proposed solutions for supportability.

• Lead the design and documentation of high-end custom residential projects, translating client goals into clear architectural direction with strong planning, character, and refined composition • Develop and manage Revit models and plan sets from schematic design through permit-ready documentation, producing coordinated drawings (plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and notes) that are clear, accurate, and highly constructible • Serve as a key point of contact for client and consultant coordination, guiding design decisions, integrating technical inputs, and aligning scope, schedule, quality, and design intent across internal and external teams • Perform code and zoning research and incorporate permitting requirements early, coordinating with planning departments and jurisdictions to support approvals and respond to comments efficiently • Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Construction to ensure project expectations remain aligned and documentation supports real-world execution and quality outcomes • Improve workflows, templates, and drafting standards to reduce rework, increase clarity, and support a culture of continuous improvement and design excellence
