Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading enterprise project management, technical program management, marketing operations, or workflow delivery work.
- A track record of delivering complex, cross‑functional initiatives involving enterprise platforms, automation, and AI‑enabled capabilities in production.
- Hands‑on experience managing the rollout, evolution, or governance of AI features within core marketing or GTM platforms.
- Strong discipline managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and cross‑team accountability—especially in fast‑moving, matrixed environments.
- Sharp attention to detail, with a bias toward documentation, quality, governance, and operational readiness.
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills, including executive‑ready updates and durable process documentation.
- Comfort operating amid ambiguity while bringing structure that helps teams move faster.
- Familiarity with enterprise marketing operations or go‑to‑market workflows (strongly preferred).
