Syntax
• Lead integrated project planning across all workstreams — functional, data, technical, and change — ensuring sequencing, dependencies, and milestones are tightly managed. • Plan, schedule, and coordinate key workshops and activities in collaboration with solution architects, functional leads, data leads, and technical teams. • Maintain end‑to‑end visibility on scope, timeline, resources, and quality, proactively identifying risks and driving resolution. • Monitor project costs, profitability, and payment milestones, ensuring accurate forecasting, timely invoicing, and financial compliance. • Utilize SAP Cloud ALM, Smartsheet, and AI‑enabled automation tools to streamline reporting, governance, and performance tracking. • Serve as a trusted advisor to customer counterparts, providing clear guidance, managing expectations, and confidently saying 'no' when needed to protect project integrity and delivery success. • Support executive reporting, steering committee preparation, and alignment with Syntax’s internal governance standards. • Foster a collaborative, accountable delivery culture that balances quality, efficiency, and customer value.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience managing SAP implementation or rollout projects, including SAP S/4HANA
- Strong capability in integrated planning, task sequencing, and cross-functional coordination
- Proven record of financial control — monitoring budgets, margins, and project invoicing cycles
- Proficiency with SAP Cloud ALM, Smartsheet, JIRA, and exposure to AI-driven project automation
- Certifications such as PMP, SAP Activate Project Manager Certification, SAP Certified Application Associate – Project Manager or SAP Cloud ALM Implementation Certification preferred
- Fluent in both German and English (spoken and written).
