Role Description You will lead SkyFi’s European and Allied business development, working with defense and intelligence agencies to deliver mission-aligned geospatial solutions. You will shape opportunities and ensure delivery meets mission-critical needs. You will be expected to: - Build and maintain senior-level relationships across Allied Command structures and European Ministries of Defense, as well as with national program offices and operational units. - Identify, shape, and influence upcoming defense solicitations, including RFIs, RFPs, framework agreements, and multinational capability initiatives aligned to geospatial, ISR, and space-based mission needs. - Lead strategic account planning and capture efforts, coordinating closely with product, engineering, and program management to align SkyFi capabilities with coalition and national mission requirements. - Drive contract pursuits from early engagement through award, including positioning, teaming strategy, proposal input, pricing coordination, and executive engagement. - Represent SkyFi at international exercises, multinational demonstrations, defense conferences, and industry forums, ensuring operational users understand the practical application of our platform. - Provide structured market intelligence and competitive insight, including analysis of funding streams, capability gaps, emerging coalition priorities, and policy shifts that impact European defense acquisition. - Establish SkyFi’s regional presence from the ground up, building long-term trust with military operators, acquisition officials, and defense leadership across multiple member states. Qualifications - 8+ years of experience selling geospatial, space, ISR, or defense technology into Allied or European Ministries of Defense, with demonstrated ownership of regional pipeline development and account growth. - Strong understanding of NATO structures and European defense procurement pathways, including framework agreements, multinational funding mechanisms, national MOD acquisition processes, and coalition program dynamics. - Proven experience navigating multi-country stakeholder environments, including aligning operational users, procurement authorities, and political leadership across member states. - Documented history of shaping and closing multi-year defense contracts or framework placements, including early positioning prior to formal tenders. - Ability to identify operational capability gaps and translate them into capture strategies, coordinating internally to align technical solutions with mission requirements. - Comfort operating in complex, multinational environments, including coalition exercises, joint task forces, and evolving security postures across Europe. - Willingness to travel extensively across Europe and NATO member nations, including for exercises, demonstrations, and in-person relationship building. - Executive presence with senior military officers and defense officials, combined with the ability to engage directly with operational users and technical staff. - Team-oriented but independently driven, capable of establishing a regional presence, building credibility from the ground up, and expanding accounts with limited oversight. - Fluency in English required. Role Description This position leads the development and coordination of HDT CBRN products among all departments for PLD to ensure the latest state-of-the-art technology for the product line.
