The Sales Director is a strategic and results-driven leader that will support our growth and expansion. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you’ll be responsible for continuing the building of our book of business with new logos by growing and managing your Sales Team! You possess extensive knowledge of the HR industry, workflows, processes and the ability to communicate the differentiated value of our platform. You will be leading a team of Account Executives in the Mid market (250 ee’s-1000 ee’s) and will be working closely with our Sales Engineering department. You are a forward-thinking, collaborative, creative leader who is passionate about growing their team at a company that’s changing what people thought HR could do. Base salaries for this role range are $150,000-$200,000. Additionally this role has a variable compensation component. This could be the perfect fit for you and us. - 5+ years of managerial and leadership experience of SaaS sales teams - 8+ years of experience in SaaS, B2B sales for global organizations - A hunter & closer with proven negotiation skills - Experience with Mid-Market/Enterprise clients - Passionate for building and managing a high performing team - Exceptional ability to effectively communicate and influence - Analytical orientation to drive results, accurately forecasting and hitting revenue targets - Strong work ethic, integrity and desire to succeed - A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields - Experience with HR-tech products - Recruit top sales talent into the organization. - Achieve annual sales team quota and quarterly targets.
