THE ROLE:We seek an experienced and dynamic candidate to recruit, engage, and manage GSI partners as a means of driving significant growth for our Enterprise and Managed Services business at IGEL. This role will be instrumental in driving mindshare growth, solution enablement, and ultimately pipeline/sales success within these partner organizations, directing a team of resources with regional focus in the organization. The role requires close collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders across organizations and regions. The broad scope of this role spans across programs, marketing, business development, and ultimately sales. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, an enabler, and a relationship builder, possessing exceptional communication skills, the ability to drive partner strategy and growth through effective execution of business planning, willingness to collaborate across functions in a matrix organization, and accountability for achieving business outcomes rather than merely task-oriented execution. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Strategic Development: Collaborate with executive leadership to define and execute the strategic partners objectives and enablement strategies, ensuring alignment with IGEL’s strategy. - Program Evolution: Regularly review the IGEL GSI program, evaluate its effectiveness, and make recommendations for evolving program elements in ways that are consistent with other IGEL sales and channel strategies. - Team Leadership: Effective leadership and management of small teams, appropriately prioritizing workstreams and providing direction on execution that will have the maximum impact on the business. - Enablement Training and Support: Organize and coordinate training and support programs to accelerate adoption at all organizational levels. - Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with the strategic partner at all levels, from executives to operational teams. - Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze partnership performance, identifying opportunities for growth, improvement, and enablement. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and channel teams to drive effective engagement and the desired sales outcomes. - Global Coordination: Coordinate with regional teams to ensure a consistent and integrated approach across different markets. - Reporting: Provide regular updates to the business on the partnership's status, performance, and future direction. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. - Minimum of 12 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field. - Thorough understanding and experience with GSI Programs, including both traditional resale and managed services models. - Proven track record of managing, enabling, and driving significant sales results from GSI partnerships. - Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Willingness to travel as needed. Role Description The Fractional Senior Finance Director will operate across the MarketFully group, providing part-time, high-level financial leadership and strategic support on a short-term basis, likely to be around 3-6 months. The role balances hands-on operational finance responsibilities with group-level oversight and planning.
