JOB PURPOSE: The Director of Talent Acquisition provides strategic leadership and vision for Numotion’s enterprise-wide talent function, strengthening workforce planning, recruitment strategy, hiring processes, and onboarding to support the company’s growth. This role will assess and ensure the organization has the right talent, capabilities, and processes in place to achieve its mission and long-term business goals. In partnership with senior leadership, the Director will help shape longer-term talent strategies, including succession planning and leadership pipeline development, with the opportunity to expand into broader Talent Management leadership. The pay range for this position is $117,680-$140,000 salary. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: § Hire, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team, cultivating best-in-class recruiting capabilities and a culture of curiosity, accountability, partnership, and continuous improvement. § Oversee and elevate the full-cycle recruitment process for key roles, ensuring speed, quality, efficiency, and strong long-term retention. § Develop proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for critical and high-volume roles. § Establish TA performance standards, metrics, goals, and reporting for speed, quality of hire, impact, and cost effectiveness. § Optimize recruitment and onboarding processes by maximizing the effectiveness of systems (ATS, HRIS, CRM) and improving workflows and processes. § Partner with business and HR leadership to forecast workforce needs, strengthen hiring capability, and ensure shared ownership of recruitment outcomes. § Strengthen Numotion’s employment brand through partnering with Marketing on effective digital, social, and community engagement strategies. § Ensure recruiting practices broaden candidate pools, remove unnecessary barriers and comply with all equal employment and anti-discrimination laws. § Collaborate with HR Operations, IT, and Compliance to ensure TA systems meet regulatory, business requirements. § Partner with HR and leadership to ensure hiring decisions, job classification and compensation practices comply with employment laws, FLSA regulations, and organizational policies. § Serve as a partner across the organization to align talent acquisition efforts with short and long-term business priorities. § Utilize Numotion Leadership Principles to perform the job with integrity, compliance, and values consistent with Numotion’s mission. § Adhere to employee or customer confidentiality and comply with Numotion’s policies and federal regulations. § Always provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE: § Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; equivalent combination of education and directly relevant experience may be considered. § 8+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including full-cycle recruiting strategy and execution. § 3+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing recruiting teams. § Demonstrated expertise in requiting technologies (ATS, HRIS, CRM) and contemporary sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed). § Proven success developing workforce plans and scalable sourcing strategies aligned to business growth. § Experience overseeing or integrating related talent functions such as onboarding, employer branding/marketing, and early career programs. § Strong track record of establishing talent acquisition metrics and delivering measurable improvements in quality of hire and retention. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE: § Experience managing recruiting budgets, agency/vendor partnerships, and workforce planning forecasts. § Strategic mindset with demonstrated success driving process improvements and leveraging data to inform decision-making. § Proven ability to build scalable recruiting practices to remove unnecessary barriers, promote fair consideration of candidate and support consistent, merit-based hiring outcomes. § Proven ability to act as a change agent and change embracer within a rapidly changing environment. § Demonstrated ability to thrive in a matrixed environment, working with cross functional team members to achieve shared goals. § Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively address all levels within the organization. § Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook At Numotion, we offer competitive compensation packages, including medical, dental and vision insurance, short-term and long-term disability, a 401k, and life insurance.
