You’ll work closely with leadership and help drive the growth of leading oral surgery practices across the country. This is an ideal position for someone eager to grow in healthcare operations, talent acquisition, event planning, or business development. You’ll gain hands-on experience in surgeon recruiting while developing valuable cross-functional skills. Key Responsibilities: - Recruiting Coordination: Assist with candidate searches, email outreach, CV tracking, and campaign execution - Event Support: Coordinate logistics for OMS conferences and resident dinners—scheduling, registration, payments, and communications - Engagement & Learning: Attend recruiting events and join calls to learn how to initiate conversations with surgeon candidates - Job Posting Management: Create and update public-facing job advertisements on platforms like PayCor and Health eCareers - Data & Systems: Maintain recruiting trackers in Smartsheet; update business development tools like DealCloud and SharePoint - Visit Coordination: Organize candidate visits with practice partners, manage calendars, and submit reimbursements - Marketing Support: Build email campaigns in MailChimp and manage contact lists using Smartsheet - Administrative Support: Support ad hoc business development and recruiting tasks as needed - Social Monitoring: Follow OMS residency programs on social media for relevant news and events Required Qualifications: - 2–4 years’ experience in recruiting coordination, business development, healthcare operations, or event planning - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field - Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail - Strong communication and writing skills—especially professional email drafting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel; experience with Smartsheet, MailChimp, DealCloud, and SharePoint is a plus - Professionalism and ability to collaborate with surgeons, residents, internal teams, and external partners - Problem-solving mindset and a proactive, flexible approach to tasks Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with oral and maxillofacial surgery or a similar healthcare specialty - Experience managing logistics or coordinating recruiting activities - Ability to communicate professionally and personably with healthcare professionals Schedule & Travel: - Monday–Friday - Travel 1–2 times/month (evening or weekend events, including conferences and resident dinners) - Option to work remotely, hybrid, or from the Dallas corporate office Benefits: - 401(k) Matching - Health Insurance - Dental Insurance - Vision Insurance - Paid Time Off - Life & Disability Insurance - Supplemental Insurance Special Requirements: - Ability to sit and/or stand at a desk ~80% of the workday - Ability to travel, fly, and operate a vehicle - Occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs) and light physical activity - Open to taking on new responsibilities as business needs evolve Beacon Oral Specialists Management, LLC provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws. This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment, including recruiting, hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, transfer, leaves of absence, compensation, and training.
